Soldering equipment from ETTINGER
All soldering technology revolves around joining metal parts using a heated metal alloy. During soldering, the elements to be joined are only superficially melted, which is the main difference to welding. The connecting material, usually a metal alloy, is called solder. Soldering creates an intermetallic bond between individual workpieces that is electrically conductive – a process that occurs particularly frequently in electrical engineering.
Indispensable soldering tools include the soldering iron or soldering bath, solder and the elements to be connected, such as soldering pins, solder lugs and solder cable lugs. The necessary components can be conveniently ordered from the ETTINGER online shop.
Essential soldering equipment – online
Soldering pins and soldering contacts
Soldering pins are also called soldering nails, solder pins, contact pins or connector pins. Soldering pins and contacts can be used to create a fast, secure and conductive connection. ETTINGER offers stamped soldering pins, turned soldering pins in a round or forked design, soldering pins with insulated bodies, as well as substrate contacts. We also offer soldering pins for press-fit technology (soldering pins with notches) as well as versions compatible with the easy-to-use and forward-looking SMD/SMT technology.
Solder lugs
Solder lugs are a product that you will encounter time and again in the world of soldering equipment. Wires or stranded wires are electrically interconnected with the help of these components. Solder lugs usually feature one or more solder tags to which wires can be soldered quickly and easily. ETTINGER offers DIN-compliant solder lugs as well as non-standard versions with one or more soldering tabs.

Ceramic sleeves and supporting insulators
Whenever insulators are required, ceramic materials usually come into play. Their high electrical resistance makes them perfectly suited for use as insulators. Therefore, our ceramic sleeves are also made of high-quality ceramics (KER 221 DIN 40685). Cable lugs
Electrical connections consisting of cables and stranded wires can be created quickly and easily using cable lugs. For screw mounting, we offer ring and fork cable lugs, for straightforward connections we carry a wide range of blade terminals and blade receptacles.
