Twist locks by ETTINGER
Like cable ties, twist locks serve to bundle several wires or cables. However, they have small balls at both ends instead of a detent as a locking mechanism. These are folded over each other and then everything is tightened by twisting and cables or wires are held in position. A big advantage is the easy application, because no special tools are necessary for the assembly with twist locks.
Different types of polyamide twist locks
In the ETTINGER product range you will find twist locks in various designs. With the standard version you can bundle cables, wires and hoses without any problems. There are also models with stand or mounting plate. Some have an additional adhesive surface for a more solid installation. Twist locks with plug-in base from ETTINGER are simply inserted into pre-drilled mounting holes, while variants for blind hole mounting – with a lamella holder on the base – allow the fixing into holes through wood, plastic, metal or rubber which do not completely penetrate the material.
The size is also decisive: It determines how many cables, hoses or wires you can bundle with the help of the twist lock. The ETTINGER product range includes variants from 3 cm to 10 cm, 10 cm to 15 cm, 15 cm to 20 cm, 25 cm to 30 cm and 30 cm to 40 cm. Twist locks can be adapted to the environment by using different colors. With ETTINGER you have a standard choice between natural and black.

Our twist locks are made of flame resistant polyamide 6.6. At the same time, the material is characterized by high tensile strength, is resistant to oils, greases, alkalis and chlorate solutions and can withstand ambient temperatures between -40 ºC and +85 ºC during operation. The addition "UL94-V2" describes the flammability class.
